Founded in 2021 by friends and family, Thomas Neidhart, Thomas Neidhart Jr., Michael Neidhart, James Economou and Matthew Rappa. Our restaurant features an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, while maintaining a traditional brewery vibe.
We are proud to offer a wide selection of craft beers, including American lagers, IPAs, stouts, sours, and ales. Our craft beer selection is carefully curated, and we strive to offer something for every taste preference. In addition to our craft beers, we offer a wide variety of craft cocktails that were designed to capture the unique essence of the changing seasons.
In addition to our beverage options, we offer a variety of entrée-inspired appetizers, as well as our famous brick oven pizzas. Our appetizers are designed to tantalize your taste buds, while our pizzas are made fresh and baked to perfection in our rotating Mara Forni Brick Oven.
